New years resoultion

ok i know all you guys have one so lets hear them being it archery related or not. mine is going to be a better 3-d shooter, have a closer relationship with god and to just not let things bother me as quick.

I want to shoot more 3D tournaments, Trust God more and finish my Degree before the end of the year. Hopefully group at 40 yards like I do at 20 yards.

Thats great. for some reason i can group better at 40 yds than i can at 30 yds.

Mine is to shoot 300 before the end of indoor and 30 x. Doesn't have to be in the same round but it would be nice!

Several personal resolutions, but for archery, I resolve to learn to focus 100% on the target during until I finish the shot.

Been letting my mind go to the back end too often with the expected poor results

It's one of those things that simple, but difficult to master, at least for me.

Focus, Focus, Focus.

Yeah i know what you mean. It seems that if i try and think about every step in making a good shot the more i mess things up. I just have to learn to trust my subconsious mind to do the right things and when i do that i really turn in some high scores.

My resoultion is to not take this game so dang gone serious and go back to having fun and flinging arrows.

If I get that perfect 450 round or 60x round, great, if not thats great too. I took a lot of the fun out of this game last year.

Yeah i know what you mean i have a friend that is not shooting 3-d with me anymore cause he takes it so serious and doesnt have fun at it.

Nice resolutions! Especially the 2nd one. Having a closer relationship with God is one place most of us could do better including me.

I hope to trail cam more, practice more, & hunt harder. I pray to God to have my health for another year. I know many times I take the most important things in life for granted!
