gillingham left Mathews
I was surprised to see Tim Gillingham left Mathews For Hoyt. Not that it matters to me what he shoots, just was kinda surprised that I hadnt heard about it yet, on any of the other forums, I saw it on Archery News Now

It's really hard to know the circumstances behind the move but one thing for sure he will be shooting a Top Notch bow.
Local young man switched to Hoyt in 2010. It took him about 1 minute to get used to it then he proceeded to win Amateur of the Year!
Way to Go Kevin!!

I heard about 6 weeks ago that Tim had left Mathews for Hoyt. Tim is still on the Mathews website and has not been added to Hoyt. When Jay Gregory left Mathew's he was immediately removed from the mathews site. ???

Several of the pros have switched for their own reasons. Some were forced by lawsuits to stay.
Here is part of the interview with Tim from Archery news.
When asked about his equipment changes Tim says he is going with his heart for 2011.
“This year I am shooting stuff I believe in,” Tim says. “I ain’t signing no contract for nothing I don’t believe in anymore.”
So why would Tim make a change back to Hoyt after being very successful the last few years with the Mathews bows?
“I don’t want to burn any bridges and all but basically better equipment and more availability at my draw length,” Tim said. “I get faster bows that give me more options as a shooter, especially at my draw length.”
