Default bow cases

Why is it that if you shoot a bow that is 43" overall that you cannot find a double bow case at a reasonable price. the only one that I can find that will fit my ProElite is the Aurora Proline HD 115. damn almost 300.00. checked out lakewoods website and they dont have one either

Yep, the Aurora or the Brownell. Both about the same price I think.

There are couple hard cases that might work, one is REAL expensive (SKB double bow case) and the other is just a single case but cheap (Plano makes a couple plastic ones). If you don't mind an older case, keep an eye on ebay.

I feel your pain though, my bow is about 48" overall length so I'm still using my cheap plastic case I bought when the bow was new back in the early 90's.

Buy an SKB and be done with it. They are not cheap but really are a lifetime investment.

I have an SKB also they are great cases. If I was looking to buy a new case tomorrow or was getting one free.

More then likely I would buy an Aurora or search for another Brownell before I bought another SKB in all honesty.

I got both a double SKB and a Brownell.

I can pack just about everything including the sink in the Brownell and still feel like the bow is well protected.

SKB is a nice case and does a good job of protecting your bow but lacks in the room department.

I got a nice double SKB bow case for sale if your interested.

Brownell packs better in the car or trucks as well over the SKB. SKB is not designed to carry much else except the Bows. Brownell holds it all in one case.

I have a nice double case but for some reason I cannot get my ProElite and AlphaMax 35. They must be too different, I cannot get the thing close to shutting.
