Our summer 20 Target 3-D league will be here before you know it. May 3rd is the first night with league running 14 weeks (party at the half way point). We will make all targets hunter friendly and will put out longer stakes for the advanced shooters. We will have a bonus target every week to help improve your score. You can sign up the first night of league or we have a sign up sheet on the bulletin board at the club (opened on Sunday for sporting clay now) or email the club.waunakeegunclub@yahoo.com Shooting hours for Tuesday night league 4:30 to dark. Waunakee Gun & Archery Club’s outdoor practice range is now open Wednesdays 4:00pm to dark, Saturday and Sundays 10:00am to 3:00pm. All you have to do is check in at the club house with our club manager. We charge $1.00 for nonmembers and free for members. We have Morrell bag target set at 20, 30, 40 and 50 yards.

Here’s something unique about our summer 20 target hunters’ league. Each week we will have a bonus target on the course set at a longer range. You have the choice of taking a shoot at this target and improving your score. If you shoot a higher score on the bonus target you can use this score to replace one of your lower scores. If you shoot a lower score on the bonus target you don’t have to use it. This is just another way to add some fun to the league.
