Default arrows size and point weight recommendation

Hi !
I will buy new arrows - Easton X7 Eclipse for indoor FITA, but I need help to select right ones.

According to Easton's shaft selector - choice is 2412, 2413, 2214 and 2314 sizes. Other thing is the weight of points, some archers recommend heavy points - 180, 200 or 220 grains.

So help me choose right arrow size, length and weight of points for my setup:
Bowtech Specialist 56lbs, 29" DL, i will use wrap and 4" feathers.

Thank you!
