decoy placment around range

i was been thinking of how to placement 3 flocks 1 jake and 2 hen within 20 yards and how wil u placement them for gobbler to come in your shot lane
,
the 3 flocks 1 jake with relax, 1 hen with alert and 1 hen feed or somethings but i'm trying to figure where to put hens and jake to bring a tom in..
do u have a advice or idea might will help place 3 flocks in

i like to face the decoys away from where i think the bird will come that way he thinks he has to play catch up as for how i arrange them i dont really put to much thought into it
