changing the inserts on McKenzie XT inserts???

who has changed these inserts out? is there a trick to doing it without tearing up the surrounding mid section?

so after about an hour of working on one mid section I finally got it changed out. As I set there and looked at the other 12 or so inserts I realized that I was over thinking things....

for future refference here is what you need to extract and position the new inserts..

for extracting the old shot up inserts....

2lb sledge
4X4 about 2 foot long
5 gallon bucket

NOTE!!!!!!!! DO NOT HIT THE TARGET DIRECTLY WITH THE SLEDGE! my first helper dang near got both of us!

for positiioning the new inserts....

a fat guy. about 300lbs will do.
