newbie, is a jennings carbon xls a deacent bow?
My father has bow hunted for years. Me and the wife are interested in getting involved, Ive found a jennings carbon xls (older model) perrty cheap. I was wondering if it was a good bow. My dad is partial to pse bows and there not cheap enough for me to get one, even used. If anyone can give advice would be greatly appericiated.

Welcome to the forum.
I had a Jennings Carbon Extreme XLR. It was a very nice bow for its time. But compared to newer bows it was horrible. Do yourself a favor and but a used newer bow in the classifieds on here or ArcheryTalk. You will be happy you did.

Want to get the
 wagon out for you !  I own a Jennys " Buckmaster " bow and it is doing just fine by me ! I own mostly Hoyts ( 4 ) , a Martin ( bowfishing ) a Mission and a PSE ( bowfishing ) .
