Default customer service

I gotta say customer service is going to crap. I emailed a company probably two weeks ago and never got a response. I email them again and I was pretty short in the email and then I got a response, they answer my question and tell me if I would like to send my product to them to be rebuilt I will have to get some number from them. So I responded right away and asked him for the work order number and I get no response. That was the end of last week, so I sent them another email again today I hope to hear a response from them soon. It is a reputable company in the archery industry and I wont name who they are right now in case I get a response back. I dont want to go dragging a name through the mud if there is something unavoidable going on and there better be. Its sad but Im about to write them off completely. sorry guess I just had to vent

sent an email to trophyridge 4 weeks ago looking for a sun shade or something for my sight. I guess there must not be any cause i never had heard from them.
A simple "I'm sorry there isn't anything avalible." would have been nice.

Just let your money do the talking and buy something else. CBE and tru ball both have sights that i think are better by todays standards.

Going to crap...

Gotta agree with this one. And not just via email, over the phone etc.

Had SEVERAL, less than coridial or "professional" CS encounters visiting booths(cash in hand) while at the Paris ASA Pro/Am last week.

I worked in "customer service" biz for 15 years as a retail meat cutter, and I would have been out of a job had I EVER treated any one customer the ways I witnessed and was personally treated by a few of those in Paris.

Being rude and/or dismissive have no place in business...especially when someone is lined up at your counter with cash in hand.

I came real close to asking one of them, if they are so disgruntled with what they do, perhaps they should consider another line of work.

And, would it kill some of them to at least make simple eye contact?

On a positive note, I would like to give props to "Nunzio" with AEP, Coffee, the "Shirt guy" and good ol Ricky. They get it right.

I have finally been getting somewhere with them. I love my CBE quadlite and wouldnt mind getting another one. My supreme has been in dire need of a rebuild for a few years now. I just figured I would get by getting it rebuilt as opposed to buying a whole new one. Gotta say CBE's stuff is built like a brick sh**house. very durable

I don't get it, I get along great with Steve at Classic.

I have had no reponse from several companies..so, I buy elsewhere. There are some great companies that deserve it.

To clarify... I wasn't speaking about Steve Sr or Jr. The one's I am referring to shall remain nameless, for no other reason than avoiding a pissing contest.... if they see this and think it may be them, then they should do some house cleaning.

I did however; shoot a few emails to "whom it may concern".

Sure Loc stopped being Super Duper Busy after TruBall came out with the Axcel ,Spot Hogg entered the Slider biz and Scott aquired CBE.
SureLoc at one time had a monopoly on target sights, not anymore.
