2009 CAptain questions
For anyone who had/has one. What do you find to be the best accesories to get rid of the little string twang? i have nothing on the string now, and the factory string stop only.

I have found good ol Cat Whiskers work well at taming string buzz.

X2 I have tamed a lot of bows from noise using cat whiskers. Here is a link this method has worked great for me.

I've been reading about those. Ihad some leeches on my patriot a few years back until they flew apart on my just missing my eye, so I took them off.
I will give them a try. i was that link and a couple other videos too, looks fairly easy and cheap.

Battling the same thing on my sentinel and my wife captain, I can't help but believe the new factory string stop is the culprit bc my 08 general was the quietest bow I've had with nothing but the old factory string stop design...I've put string leeches on the sentinel and made a huge difference but still not as quiet as my old general so I may try aftermarket string stop

I get Cool Cats,(just google them for where to order)or your local fishing tackle store,they are also used for fly tying and jig skirts.
