Oath to Constitution

so if the prez of the US pledeges to "Preserve Protect and defend " the constitution
and he then makes a statement
that the constituion is flawed and needs to be changed
how is this not considered treason and punished

Not that I'm defending the guy but didn't he make that statement before he took the oath????I'm just sayin


I think time would better spent trying to point out his failed policies and spot light your candidates policies and why they would be better.
