Where are these illegal?
Not sure I see any advantage in the Leupold Vendett bow-mounted rangefinder and heard they aren't legal in some states. Is that true? Where? I'll bet my state (CA) is one of em.

Ive never heard anything about them being illegal anywhere..im pretty sure they would have to advertise if not legal in every state though...

Dont think they are illegal, but I bet you couldnt enter a book deer if killed while using this device.

No electronic devise may be attached to your bow in Oregon, and no mechanical broadheads either.

After harrassing the Mfr...I got a response.

Surprized to see Missouri on that list. If it has a visable laser you wouldn't be able to use it. Can't use anything that projects a light on the animal. Now if its optional to use the laser then there might be a grey area( or loop hole) there.
