How many here are itching for bow season?
Bow season is coming up quick but not quick enough!
How do you deal with the wait?

Very Hard to wait!!!
Rite now the way I deal with it is, keep a running list in my mind as to what I need to buy for the season and keep preocupied with making the money to get those things. Also, next week I'm going to hang a stand in a location I found in late December bow hunting, which Im' very excited about. I think during the rut it's going to pay off big time.I'm also trying to get the honey do list done (if there ever is such a thing as done)

Put a smaller draw cam on my DX last nite
I was over drawing and frocing shots to the left on a few deer
So 1/2 shorter cam did tha trick
now for the new strings
and set it up

Looking forward to cooler temps as much as hunting season. It's hard to get motivated in this heat.

Can't wait its driving me nuts. Going tomorrow to pull my feeder out and check my new game cam.
How do I deal with the anticpation I start putting together my fall gear and search for all the little things I take with me that I use elsewhere(they are strung all over the house ). Then I start checking to see what "I think I need to get and what I think I need to have this year", and always last is I go get my tags. I always seem to leave those till last

By scouting, finding new areas to hunt, running a trail cam line, ( 4 cams out now ) making sure that my epqitment is in top shape and ready to go, as well as me, lots of practice.

Nice looking bears. I really hope to beable to hunt them one day. Would really like to take my Dad along with me when/if I ever get the chance. If we ever do he'll be the one carriering the shotgun/rifle and I'll be the one with the bow. He thinks I'm nuts for wanting to hunt them with my bow but thats how I want to do it.
