Sitka Gear pack for day deer hunts w/ bow

I only have the Ascent 8 but want a pack that I can stick my bow in while climbing. Anyone use SG packs for this? Needs to carry water for the day and all the normal items needed for field dressing and such.

After wearing SG I am a fan, it seems especially great for spot & stalk and the OC pattern is ideal for So. Cal. where trees are rare. I selected the Flash 20 because it has hardware for carrying a rifle or bow.

I have hunted places where the temps are in the 30s at dawn and climb to the mid 70s by noon so the layering approach is really the only one that works here. It's super comfortable gear. Does this pack have buckle straps on the bottom of the bag to allow you to secure clothes or other items?
