Ouch, my first time on a team and I get limited, we have no huntable whitetail deer here in Oregon, we have blacktail and mule deer, so how about 2 points for 1st DEER down instead?

If Rick wants my spot thats O.K cause i'm only going to be a pain in the A$$ for BigRed and The Bunnyman considering there's 12000miles between us?Let me know and I'll try to keep my end up?We ann't got no white tail here so that puts these guys at a disadvantage already!! Not to mention being stuck with me LOL
Cheers Westy

Yes sounds good to me. If no objections, muleys and blacktails too..It's not like YOUR going to shoot a WR anyway (just remember all left coasters use the western point count.) :wave
Like we need to worry. Bring it.

So Westy is shooting Red Deer and Sambar deer, And elk are related to Red deer, so does my elk tag count as well?

Sure, just use the western count.
In all seriousness no, elk won't count. I allowed westy cause he has no whitetails or muleys or blacktails.

Just hold up a cardboard sign with the date and screen name when someone takes a pic of you with your deer. All together in 1 pic. I used the back of a pizza box last time. Not difficult.

First guy with pics!!! Whoo hoo!! Go team 4
Got a doe 10/2, she walked in almost directly below me. I let her walk a little bit past my tree allowing me to place my shot for an exit between her front legs. Arrow entered just to the right of her spine by about 1 1/2" and you can see the exit wound. Suprised I stayed infront of the diaphram/liver but it worked out well, took out the inside of the right lung and the top of the heart on the way through. After the shot she bolted about 25 yards, staggered and fell over... She laid there for about 10 seconds and got up again, ran about another 30 yards and piled up. I was only in the stand an hour Sunday evening, in hindsight, I should have sat the rest of the night rather than getting down and completing my recovery early... I had to be at work early Monday morning so getting her out of the woods and processed was my main concern at the time! Good luck fellas, lets get this meat wagon on the tracks!!
