Gold Tip 22's
Just bought a dozen shafts off e-bay and asked what field points were needed for them,answer came back we don't know??/   WTF  Can some of you guys tell me what size I'll need for Gold Tip series 22 shafts Ie 9\32,5\16?????Would like 100gr and 85grains to see which I like.

I gont think they will shoot any better, they are lighter, if your shooting unmarked 3D they should help. the Series 22 shaft will not be a durable as the GT hunter type shafts.

Nugent or XT hunter shafts are tough hunting shafts than can be used for target.(small dia. thick wall) Series 22 shafts are large dia,/thin wall target shafts and still can be used for hunting.

Thanks Mate there real nice and super fast to shoot    finally started to work these things out got them to 28" at 335 gr real pleasure to shoot now

problem I found with using the 22s was because they have a thin wall I actually lost more arrows shooting 3D from others hitting my arrows! The Hunter shafts are a thicker wall and stand up to more glancing shots hitting them......just something to consider
