Thank you to all of our past shooters who have made it possible to improve our facilities and shooting experience!! We are a non-profit and all of our shoot proceeds go back to the shooters or to club improvements/upkeep. We have given out over $20K in prizes over the last two years in cooperation with our local shops/sponsors including 6 bows, we have also replaced/upgraded old worn out targets on the 3D range and practice range with new targets/sections . Our schedule for 2012 is posted on our facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/archerydivisionpage
(no membership required to view) and at Http://www.okcgunclub.org/archery
. You can download the tournament flyer from Http://www.http://okcgunclub.org/arc...C2012flyer.pdf
. We have ALL of the 2012 ASA Mckenzie targets including the new Ibex, black buck, blesbok and chamois. Our traditional shoot will feature $3k in prizes including a black widow bow and our Bowhunter's festival will do at least the same to include a modern compound bow. More to follow depending on sponsorships. We are currently reviewing bids for a two level shooting line with plans to add a third level (insurance dependent) at the end of the year. Long shot and other novelties including genesis shoot off. Concessions on site. We can't wait to visit with old friends and make new ones! All of our club workers are volunteers and we do this to share the archery experience with good people, most of us not only donate time, but personal expense to make a better experience for our visitors, so please let us know what we are doing right and what we can improve. Constructive criticism is more than welcome, whining - well is whining Thanks again and good shooting no matter where you fling an arrow this year.
