Competiton Sights

My son is starting to shoot compound and I am wanting to go with competition sights. I see sure Loc has a couple of them. The 400 Supreme and the 400 Phoenix. Anything else that someone may suggest. Please let me know. Thanks a bunch

For a target sight set up it's hard to beat Sur-loc.

They've set the standard for everyone else to match. At a cost.

If your looking for alittle cheaper, Copper Johns also make a nice sight.

They are others out there but those are the two Ive used.

Kinda now leaning towards the Challenger. Seems to be the best bang for buck right now. Thinking of a target scope with dot. What do you think Eagle Eye

if your son is just starting out and learning to use a release properly and working on breathing and shot execution, etc, I dont know If I would go with a magnified lens. what kind of target shooting will he be doing? indoor or outdoor?

I have a Supreme and an Axcel gathering dust since my purchase of Shibuyas.

The Shib's are very light/well built and allow you the ability to control the fit of the sliding parts.

There may be something better out there, but I havn't seen it.

I got a Challenger that I got on a trade and never have used it. In a Case, with some kind of scope Does not have the armored 3rd axis attachment but that can be bought seperatetely from 3d (Obsession) or Lancasters.I would likely accept a deal you can"t refuse. PM me. I'm working a 24 starting in the am, so I won't be back till monday. As much as I hoped I would do more in the target archery arena, I am still just a hunter and occaisional 3d'r. Hate to see it just sitting in a case in my basement.

+1, to much power in the scope will cause target panic, most of us learn that the hard way.

Start him out with low power.

look into CBE, they make a great sight
