He is just pissy.
not to mention the fact that the Guardian is available. Lancaster Archery has about 5 in stock. the Commander (longer AtA) has not released yet.
And yeah it is awesome that no press is needed. This is because the limbs are not preloaded with force the way almost all other bows are

Looks like Bowman got up on the wrong side of the bed today.
As far as the Bowtech, yes you can remove the string without a press. The center pivot design look to be great bows. The demand for them in our area has been very strong. Just wish we could get them faster.

YEAH WHAT HE SAID.
Us Darksiders have to stick together. So what does not having to press you bow actually gain you?? After your bow is all set up it is good to go until you may need new strings.....is'nt it???? Cool concept but what does it really gain you?? Besides those bows are so UGLY.

i dont mean to start a fight, but something tells me that if matthews came out with the limb design, you matthews boys would like it....Im not really a bowtech fan, but i think they have some good ideas...especially their binary cams....
So, how long has it been since matthews came out with anything that was really a big change? their bows have been basically the same since the dawn of time...you gotta give it to bowtech for at least coming out with new stuff...this is all IMO of course...

dont need a bow press for any bow....... all you need is a wratchet strap, put one hook on the bottom of the top cam, the other hook on the top of the bottom cam and crank away till the string and cables are loose, , then do what you need!!!! walla!!!!!! Duhhh the big red truck!!!!!

Run that by the engineers that designed the bows and watch the expressions on their faces

This Bladerunner doesn't need a bow press either.
Neither did my wife's 2002ish Martin Phantom.
Hopefully Mathews will catch up to these bow companies' awesome and unbelievably innovative ideas some day too........................
Way to go Bowtech, way to innovate....................

I believe so. Isn't that written in the great big book of forum rules and regulations?
"You can not personally attack another members character, family, brand of bow, or breed of hunting dog, unless you add a smiley (which renders the insults and harmful words acceptable). Adding a smiley indicates that your insults and jealous rantings are all in fun and should not be taken seriously, regardless of their personal nature."
I'm sure it is in there somewhere. If you can't find it, ask a Blowie, they seem to have it bookmarked......

The no bow press needed is a huge selling point for me, as that means I can do reairs or change a peep, or serve in new string silencers, any time anyplace with no need to always return to the pro shop. I'm a DIY kind of guy, and in hunting season and such that is a huge plus in itself!

MATHEWS DID IT WRIGHT THE FIRST TIME SO THEY DIDN'T HAVE TO COME UP WITH SOME USELESS OPTIONS .
Besides if someone shows up with A bow like that at our club .
we would have to hide his string.

should we tell him that Bowtech didn't come up with the Binary Cam? Darton has the patent on it.
Mathews didn't come up with the Solo-cam either, they just stole it from everyone else... most of the "big name" items out there weren't invented by the companies using them

Let his bubble get bigger before you pop it, that way maybe you can get his whole club at the same time.

I think Darton has a patent on the c/p/s/ system, its called the hybrid cam (cam and half). So I believe Bowtech did invent the binary cam system.

You are welcome to believe whatever you would like... you can believe there is an easter bunny and that the groundhog really can predict winter by seeing his shadow but lets face it... its all not true
Bowtech has the Binary Cam licensed from Darton, they pay them a fee to use it. This is also why HCA has had serious issues with their dual-cam bows. Its why Elite didn't get sued for their use of the Binary cam last year (Bowtech can't sue to enforce a patent they don't own) and its why HCA has been served with papers this year again in reference to their cam system again.
