How crowded is this shoot, and how long approx. will it take to complete
50 targets?

Not sure, I never shot it before. I would assume it will be pretty busy but my guess would be that everyone will start out shooting different targets? No idea to be honest.

As for time to complete... we'll be camping down there anyway so who cares?

Are yall pre-registering for this shoot? can you? do you have to?
Or can you just go there,camp,pay,and shoot?

we aren't camping on site, we got some sites at a campground near by. Are you coming up? its probably only a 2 or 3 hour drive at most for ya and you can show us all hows it done

I could have 20years ago when i was yall's age now i just go with the changes.
I just like the campin, cookout & meetin new people that love the sport never met an archer i didnt like!

Ive met them all, there are archers im not comfortable around i just ignor them, as for cheaters ive met tons of them.
They only cheat themselves & if you shoot good enough you can still blowem away in a shoot-off.

Id be lucky to get out of there with all my arrows!

3 -8's & 2-5's

I think most ofthe guys and gals will be shooting bowhunter....I will have to shoot open unlimited....

Ed and I are planning on pre registering....

we are gonna leave either thursday night or early friday morning......

Planning on shooting sat and sun.....leaving sunday afternoon evening

I am going to shoot w/the rest of the group.....I think its just a different stake....

bring a tent.....food.....

as it gets a little closer we will finalize more of the plans....

here is a short list....

The accesories:
Plastic ware (spoons/forks)

Burgers
Hotdogs
Buns
Ribs
Water
Beer
Soda

Camping stuff:
Tent space
sleeping bag

Air Mattress / cot

Archery stuff:
Bows
binos
sights
arrows (I would say bring a dozen minimum)
quiver
releases
Bowpress
tools
fletchings
Fletching jig
Fletch glue

Clothing (bring doubles of everything)
2 pairs of shoes

Cameras.....everyone needs a camera....

Guys I really wouldn't worry about open or bowhunter unless we plan on turning in our score cards. I'm just going to have some fun and hang out with buddies (and I suck) so I don't care what stake we shoot from but I would perfer Bowhunter...

unless everyone else plans on handing in their cards it doesn't matter what you have on your bow. - btw, I don't think there is a prize for winning
