I would need to see a close up shot. But I can only think of two companies that would have produced something like that.
Sure-Loc or Toxonics

I own this exact set up. 3 d shooter1 was accurate.
I believe it was designed specifically for the hoyt Ultratec it is on.(color pattern. I have wanted to switch it out with a Sure loc but they have no similar patern. I could just go with a silver but .....  Love the bow and am hooked forever. The sight on the other hand, is difficult to adjust consistantly and has too many parts intertwined in IMO.
