same combo.
Ha, bowman i say go for it!
I took a pse lazer flight risor/in metal flake blue, Black jet-flight limbs with gold signature & polished aluminum mach-flight 4 cams & built one hell of a pse came out beautiful at tournament everyone wanted to know where they could get one.
I told them they couldnt!
I say if you can put a combo together better go for it!
Its one of a kind and you own it!

I was wondering too. If you stuck with pinky's stock limbs you'd have to pull off the bumpers. If you use a minimax let me know how you make out. If I made my own strings I would have tried it already.

With twin cams, the physically larger the cam, the lower the lbs on the same limbs. I don't know what cam your thinking of using but if it's smaller than the icon cam it should increase lbs. How do we measure this? How much string is wound on through the draw cycle? I'll use the rival pro/icon just because I know the specs for each.
Icon 36 7/8, 97 13/16 and 39 /5/8
RP 39 7/8, 97 1/4 and 42 1/2
-------------------------------
difference of 3 ATA
If putting a minimax and idler on the Icon do we just make the RP cable 3 inches shorter, and the string x2 shorter (-6")? Seems to simple. I've no idea where we'd end up in lbs and DL??

No guts, no glory. C'mon bowman, you got access to parts? To mabey make it easier what other mathews has the same idler as the icon? And if we could find a cam that has the same radius where the string exits at brace we could even keep the bumpers on. MAXCON perhaps?

one problem w/this would be that the ICON has a roller guard and certain Mathews cams dont work w/roller gaurds....

Your prestige has a nice wall..and a roller gaurd. Do you know someone that could whip up experimental strings and cables for a reasonable sum? Don't need loop serving or roller gaurd serving for that matter just for experiments. You got a bow thats not under warrantee?

It's all on you now brokenarrow.
My Icon is under warrantee. But both RP's are'nt. Anybody know what the diff is in conquest limbs and Rival Pro's (lbs, and lenth)? How about an Apex cam on a rival pro, any thoughts? Apex cam slower or faster than a minimax?
