Roll Call!

Alright guys, lets get a roll call for the R100 in Greencastle PA.

Please don't hijack this one (we have the other one for that).

Just post up:

Username
when you will be arriving
camping with us or not
tent / camper

I'll PM you for your email addy and phone number. its only a little over a month away so lets start getting everything in order for who is bringing what and making sure we have enough camping sites.

Showing up on Friday mid-day. Driving to Indy Thursday and the rest of the way Friday morning, tent in hand. My tent is small, just like the 'prison' Bowman posted for the rest of us meatheads...

I'm most likely leaving on Sunday but may wait and leave on Monday morning if people are going to hang around for the day Sunday after the shoot.

I PM'd Dredly and got his contact info. I'm between contract jobs so I have the time to coordinate things. If you guys can PM me or Dredly your email and cell phone info we'll put together a 'directory' and email it back out to everyone. I also planned to set up a Yahoo email group so we could socialize thoughts and plans before the big Smokes/Bowman showdown...

Since Smokes was nice enough to reserve campsites I think we owe him a big thank you as well as a good count of people/tents so he has accomodations for eveyone.

We should also do an 'inventory' of who is bringing what so we don't have a lot of duplicates and will not be missing anything.

I'm not being anal, I'm just a Project Manager at heart...

I'm going to be emailing out a .txt file to everyone who PM'd me their email address and cell phone number with all of our contact info. I do have a few people's info but if anyone has not done that already go ahead and PM that to me so I can add it to the file before I send it out. I'll hold off sending that out for another 2 or 3 days.

nope I'm 100% okay with you bringing the firewood, I just don't think you need the trailer!

food wise I can bring a box or 2 of hamburgers and a bunch of hotdogs to grill up
and I'm bringing the grill unless someone else wants to bring theirs instead.

I'll probably bring 3 - 4 gallons of water, some stuff for sandwiches and some crap to eat for breakfast.

I'm just going to bring some brats and a small propane grill that can cook maybe 6 burgers or 12 or so brats at a time. I'll also have a screen gazebo/canopy thing where we can cook/eat if the weather is less than nice.
That and tent, clothes, bow, arrows, cooler, beer, pop, water, etc...

I'm still trying to finalize my travel plans though. I'm thinking leaving here Thursday mid-day and driving to Indy and camping around there someplace and then driving the rest of the way Friday morning, leaving early so I get there at a reasonable time to set up and relax and hang out with you guys.
