Different Bow for everything
I just was thinking how many of you have different bows for different jobs? My bows have always done everything indoor, hunting. So let us know what bows you have and how they are setup for the particular job. This should be cool.

Well here is the short list so far:
Switchback (original)-hunting, indoors, and 3-d 64lbs
Icon (camo) (barrowed) Dart league 65lbs
Icon (black cherry) On its way-will set up for indoor spots 50lbs
Apex 7 (hope to have one verrrrrry soon) set up for 3-d 65lbs
Pse lightening flight 2 (first bow i ever bought) Set up for bowfishing
Thats what i have for now but that changes day to day.
We should start a thread about what bows you dream of and what you would use them for.

different bows
I guess I dont get it. I know gear addiction-as I suffer from it greatly (6 different kind of hunting boots) but why not get rock solid gear that you can strap to a backpack and hunt treeline in colorado, and the next weekend go shoot a 3d tourney? If you can place 60 arrows plus in a milk jug cap at 30 yards why not hunt with it? Kind of owe it to the animals? Hoyt vipertech 65lbs, gold tip pro hunters. -Not busting out anyone, if i had the cash I prob. would do the same

Sounds good to me
I think that setup will work fine for ya XT4ME. But I am going with the WB rest. Go ahead guys let me have it I just love this rest. And probably a Copper John or Viper hunting sight. Not sure yet on sight. And I believe I'm going to try some Easton Fatboy 400 for 3D. Anybody have any laying around they want to get rid of?

Please use the rip cord I am begging for the love of archery And buy the way Tim Hansen are you a gun hunter??? do you use one gun for everything, I mean you might look kinda funny trying to use your .270wsm to shoot trap and sporting clays with. And the same goes for your .22 cricket on a moose or african plains game.

I'm jealous
I have'nt even gotten my XT yet and I think I need an Apex. That sure is a sweet looking stable you have there sharpshooter60. I want more toys to play with, its not fair honey sharpshooter60 has more than I do.
Keep those pics coming guys I love admiring other bows.

Well, I guess I can chime in with a short list.
Hunting bow: Martin ShadowCat SE/Nitrous X (32" A2A), Trapdoor rest, HHA
OL-5000 sight, 12" AEP stabilizer, Winner's Choice harness, Bow is set for 58# @ 27"
draw. Shoots a 330gr GT Pro 22 at 264fps.
3D bow: 2004 Martin SlayR/Nitrous, GKF Infiniti dropper, Spot Hogg Real Deal
sight, 12" AEP stabilizer. Set for 53# @27" draw shoots my GT Pro
22's at 284fps (ASA) and Vapor 23 Speeds at 299fps (IBO).
3D/Target combo: 2006 Martin P3 Elite/Nitrous X, TT Spring Steel rest, Spot
Hogg Hogg-It sight, 30" Doinker carbon stabilizer. This is
a new bow and I am bouncing around between GT
Ultralite Pro 500, Pro 22's and ACC 3-28's. Soon to get
Winner's Choice harness and who knows what else.
Speed? Who cares, but it's right at 260fps.

Yes, actually I do with great results. I shoot a browning BPS pump 12ga. with a bead sight (if you could call it that) -not fiber optic, to out shoot most folks in trap/skeet, I outshoot my buddies shooting slugs with their short rifle barrels, Turkeys just as well as my dad/brother with their five inch extension choke tubes, and miss as many teal as my friends with their super black eagle cammo pattern guns. A little cammo duct-tape and not caring about rust spots now and again will go a long way! -not buying the extra guns gives me extra $ to buy shells so I can miss more

Bows
Started back into archery a few years ago and im hooked again. Came back with a nova for a couple of years and then,
hunting rig: 05 pse vengeance hybrid @ 65lbs
indoor spots: pse shark @56lbs
As of today my 3D bow: pse mojo 3d @62lbs
all with the bells and whistles except the mojo, just bought off of AT. I am now looking for a recurve. Bow shooting has relieved alot of stress for me and shooting helps. Just like golf and fishing and hunting these are my vice's.
