Let see, 300 gallons is 38400 oz

38400/96 = 400

So I think that would be 1 oz of treatment for every 400 oz of fuel or 3.13 gallons

I think I did that right.

3.2 ounces

96/300 = .32
.32 X 10 = 3.2

What engine do you have and what addative are you using. The formula for a passenger vehicle is different.

Man, I didn't see that one coming

Let me clarify; my job revolves around math, I use it constantly every day. Formulas are second nature. There, that should do it

Holy Smokes,

Octane boost is something you do NOT want to use in a diesel. You want a cetane booster, such as Howes, or Power Service. I suspect PS is what you have, as it will treat 300 gallons of fuel (for a class 8 truck/semi).

I use both brands in my cummins, but use 1 ounce for 2 gallons (approximately) and it keeps the engine smooth and quite. The new Ultra Low Sulphur Diesel fuel sucks, and does not lube the fueling system very well, so it is wise to add something extra.

So what does doing formulas have to do with his socks? OR do you need his toes to assist in your formulas...

I'm all confused now.

You are killing me!

His socks or feet have nothing to do with my job. I use MATH, not feet or socks to do my job.

I must be too tired tonight. I am getting caught on this stuff way too easily.
