I was hunting turkey and not seeing much. I was calling every few min. when all of a sudden I saw this blur . It was a big tom cat. It came on a full run and attacked my hen decoy. I was stunned to see a cat and a turkey decoy rolling on the ground. The cat left as fast as he came.

Had the same thing happen with a yote once. I guess he liked the taste of foam because he took a big chunk out of the decoy.

One evenin' as I sat in a white oak I heard a swooshin' noise and and a whomp then saw a puff of feathers . I don't know where he came from or where he went or what he was; but he had a nice warm meal.

Strange!
Ive had a couple of strange things happen in the woods!
The one that comes to mind the most happened about 3 to 4 years ago,i was up on a ridge looking down and on the ground and heard something walking up behind me, turned my head and seen something black. started to turn slowly to shoot a turkey and at about 12yards coming around a giant oak was a black bear the first ive ever seen while hunting i looked at him he looked at me and then ran!
I forgot i even had a bow in my hand.
Where i hunt we do not have bears!
Now i guess we do!

Saw a mountain lion/cougar once on our place.....I live in Okla. It was from distance though, 100yrds, but my cousin who hunts with me at times had a huge one walk past his stand at about 20 yrds. He won't go out on our place without a pistol now.
Back in the 70's when I was hunting in our bottom land I saw an unexpainable light moving through the tree tops. Still gives me chill bumps to this day.

First time I saw a bear in the woods I thought it was a squirrell. Don't ask.

A couple years ago, I'm sitting in a ladder stand, during an afternoon hunt. I was being entertained by a chipmunk running back and forth, right in front of my stand. After about an hour of watching him, something "falls" out of the tree in front of me. That something, ended up being a hawk. Needless to say it was the end of my entertainment. Was pretty cool to see up close though.

No kidding. Thousands coming out of a hole in the rock face and squirming in a mass the size of a small car. They use the same hibernation places for generation after generation. The crack had a big cavity back inside I expect. They keep warm in the winter, and this happens one day each spring when they all come out.
Like a Horror Movie, but really cool!
It got bulldozed for a Golf Course about 4 years ago.

About 20 years ago, a gf and I were walking one of my hunting areas. We saw an owl take a squirrell out of a tree. You wanna talk about a ruckus!!!!

I was hunting one afternoon when I heard a familiar sound. As I scaned around I could see nothing. I continued to hear the same thing so I picked up my binocs and continued to look around for the familiar sound. I was hunting near the property line where the sound was coming from. I found the sound at the base of a elavated box blind. It was my neighbors we having sex on the back of their 4 wheeler. They had obviously gotten to their stand before I arrived at my stand earlier that afternoon.

I did not have a camera but I will never forget it. It is really hard for me to be around them and not chuckle a bit. I know they do not know that I witnessed them in action.
