Here is one we used when we were in college. you can use back straps, or just steaks or roast. Cut them into cubes and fry them in butter and onions with some Worshestirerererereereer sauce. We use to get some of the beef flavored ramen noodles, prepare the ramen noodles then add them to the pan with the deer meat. Let them cook for 5 or 10 minutes. quick, easy, cheap, and tasty. serve with some PBR and it's Mansfield University all over again.
