Bear Jerky ??
What is good to mix (meat) with bear meat to make jerky?

Honestly, i wouldnt mix it with anything. I like mine non-ground.
If you marinate it long enough with jerky seasoning, anything will taste good.

mix some pork with it dehydrate for longer period of time then deer.
