    Just finished makin' tha Cmas jerky
    i made a 5 gal bucket full
    should be nuff ta go round
    It is pruddy good stuff

    Make my own
    Muskydine wine, honey ,brown sugar, wortashire sauce, terryuaky sauce, oinion powder ,garlic powder, pepirika, blakc pepper, salt, liquid smoke, cummin'
    sho am good

    i give it ta all my freinds and people at tha paint store family on both sides and ol Spanky can't leave it alone
    course I freeze some fer me and him

    You got the measurements for the ingredients and can you send them to me. I made some this year out of a store bought mix and it didn't turn out very good at all... It dried fine and everything it just didn't taste very good....:noidea:

    I can get about 4 lbs at a time in my dehydrater...

    I would use no thunder brid or
    Mad dog-Movan David
    don't have ta be the best

    I make it all up in tha sink then fill 2 dehydratos at a time and keep it in th afridge til I need ta do another run

    4 lbs
    1/4 cup red wine
    4 oz honey,
    5 tbs of onion and garlic powder
    2 tbs pepirika
    1tsp cummin'
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 brown sugar
    1/4 cup wostershire and terryaucky sauce
    2tbs liqiud smoke
    ya might try a little by makin' a taste and frying it in a skillet 1st
    go easy on tha smoke till ya git it where ya want it ya might have ta add alittle to this as I am gitting as close as i can
    I just keep puttin' in till I giot what I like.
    but i kindly got a feel fer it ta post it to ya. this will be close.

    never tired it hta wine ackeyhol will cook out dude
