I use them almost every day. Pro- you can get them done much faster

con- it is hard to get every fletch identical using multiple clamps.

If you got a deal, take it.

Are you ready to send me an order yet? Just curious, got guys asking.

Ive never used one but i am always looking to broaden my horizons. Actually I am thinking on buying or trading for one to cut down on the cost of refletching arrows all the time.

It is definitely a production machine
but if accuracy is your objective, and the vanes being tha guidance system of the arrow, , a bitz is tha way ta go.:biggrin1:

I use one all the time. it is fast and does a good job. wish I had a couple more. what ever you get you might want to rub some string wax on the edge of the clamps to cut down on glue build up on them. if you got a good deal on it, get it

I uses a Grayling now with all the bells and whistles. But to set 6 up it would cost to much. The only diff betwwen the blitz and grayling is graylin is plastic and the blitz is metal. So I wanted some thing to work faster.

I got a used one about 30 years ago and it was nothing but problems for me. I could never get the vanes/feathers to sit flat on the shafts. Like there wasn't enough down pressure.

Could have been that it was worn out. I think about it now and maybe I couldhave just used some kind of weight on the clamps or maybe have used a short bungie cord over the top of them. Who knows.

That was a long time ago and I only had it about 6 months and sold it. Back then I didn't have the where withall to experiment like I do today. I just got a Bitz and have been happy ever since. Being as I only do my own arrows and occasionally a friends I'm not into production. I like quality and adjustability.

Man I missed a deal on ebay last night. A guy set up 6 grayling jegs like I have on a board with all straight and rh clamps. 75 dollars.
