I'm currently shooting a mathews drenalin. 70# 26 in draw. I'm thinking about buying a bowtech general. I'm wonderin how close the draw lengths are to printed specs. It seems every mathews i ever owned, the draw lenght ran slightly long. Also, what kind of velocity should I expect with that short draw from the general?

Try this site for your est speed for your set up. I know that it is on the money for my bow. A short draw is going to cut some speed from you. I think that the Bowtech will be as fast as your Mathews, if not a few fps faster.

the commander, guardian, are almost 1/4 long so I would have to think the general follows the same suit .
