Anybody know a good way to remove dried up adhesive from an older recurve without ruining the finish? I just acquired a Bear Grizzly that is in really good condition except for some leftover adhesive, which is now hard as a rock, on the riser and back of the limbs. Thought about Goof Off but I was worried about hazing of the original finish. Anybody have a good way to remove this stuff?:noidea:

I've used wd40 with good results. just wipe in down with alittle soap and water and dry it off when you're done.
