    They always drop this early in NY? We don't start shed hunting here in IL. until mid Feb. The trailcams should help with the timing this year!

    sometimes in NY they shed before the middle of december:noidea:

    I remember rifle hunting one year and seeing 3 different "doe's" with tell tall red spots on the head......it was Dec....

    Our deer do not normally drop there antlers until February, here in Indiana.

    I have seen dropped antlers on December 26th in northern Mich, and atlered bucks in southern Mich as late as the end of Feb.

    deer around here started dropping a few weeks ago

    ive only foud 1. and it was at the base of a tree in my back yard. and i think it was left there buy what ever was chewing on it.

    They start around new years...and usally finish up by the begining of march...:noidea:

    I think there are still a few slobber tooths left but they are at zoos.
