Today was my fiance last Chemo treatment, Now all that is left is radiation to make sure this is the end......  I cant wait till this is all behind us and not for me but for her. Its been five months and it was so nice to see her smile when she told me today was the last one....I know we still have a ways to go but it feels good... and she feels good so that is all that matters. For those who dont know, we have a 9 month old little girl and when Brooke was about 3 months old we found out that my fiance had Hodgkins, ( she was 23 at the time) So it has been kinda rough around here the last few months but hopefully that is going to be behind us soon!
My heart goes out to you. I wish you the best of luck. My mother had lukemia and had to go through similar stuff. She made it though just fine.
I am glad to hear that things are going well! It would/is a tough thing to battle with and it sounds like you have a strong wife!!!! It takes courage, strength, lots of support to get through something like that! tell her to keep smilin and laughing. humor keeps us all going!! :thumb:
Keep up the positive attitude and support for her. Many of us have been through similiar things before, and you have our thoughts and prayers. And like you said, appreciate the Good Days.
BOWMAN, I'm glad to hear that things are improving! You, your fiance & Brooke will be in my prayers. All the best, Allen
Glad things are looking up Hey there Adam I am very glad to hear things are going well. I hope soon this is all behind you two and you can really concentrate on that fabulous little miracle you have. I can think of nothing that even comes close to the joy that a young'n brings. You and your family are in my prayers my friend.
I'm glad it sounds like things are improving for your fiance'. Having to deal with a family member's illness is very hard, and very frustrating at times. Nothing is worse than seeing your loved ones suffer. Good luck and God Bless.
