just got a new bt 82nd and love it. shooting 463grs at 290 fps accurate as hell. one minor problem. after the shot, the drop-away rest bangs against the shelf, making an irritating noise on an otherwise very quiet bow. thinking about gluing a piece or rubber or felt at the contact spot on the shelf. any other suggestions/solutions?

good idea, limbsavers also makes a rubber pad to put on your shelf where the launcher drops. You can find them for $5
