I am wanting some new arrows and am hoping that someone could help me. Is spine the amount of wall that the arrow has on it? Like .3, is that the thickness of the wall or is that the amount of deflection the arrow has. I am wanting to shoot the Victory V-Force HV V3 arrow out of my NBA Genetix at 70#s...will that be a big no no? Any help would be great. Thanks guys.

Spine deflection is determined by a combination of shaft diameter and wall thickness. So wall thickness is just part of the equation.
