arrow wraps!

    for those of you that use arrow wraps with vanes that after you put them on your shaft you put them in hot water,how good are they,work pretty good.............:noidea:

    I haven't seen much said about them, but what I did see wasn't very good. I would think it would be easy to get them crooked or something. :noidea:

    I have tried them. You have to put this little dot of sticky stuff on the shaft in 2 places, Then put the wrap thin on. line it up and the sticky stuff helps hold it straight.
    I cut them back off after the first 3D shoot I went to.

    O by the way I got mine at Bass pro in the way mark down ben. So that may tell you some thing

    I had some last year, but only because I got them as free samples. IMO, way too heavy and way too expensive. They get even more expensive if you mess up a vane. To replace one vane you have to cut the thing off and replace the whole thing as a unit. I can do a much more economical job with my Bitz.

    as an emergency feild repair to save a hunt, they may work.......



    BUT they sell arrows by the dozen now........:cool:


    there is no reason you should be having to repair arrows to save a hunt......

    Man I agree wth that... I bring enough arrows to kill a dozen deer every time I go out.

    You'd have to ask "Werd" where he got his. Come to think of it, we haven't heard from the "young'en" lately.:noidea:
