Which is the best rest for target/3-D?

    1. Limb Driver
    2. Spot Hogg Whammy
    3. Trophy Taker

These seem to be the 3 that people talk about the most, so which is the best?

Haven't tried the first 2, the TT works well, but I prefer the dropzone.

Did not see the best listed, IMO the Tp Gun Phantom Arrow Rest is one of the best on the market right now.

Gee I don't know about that. I think QAD Ultra rest is amongst the best rests period. And if you want something a little less pricey then the RipCord or QAD hunter. Ease of setup and timing.

    your talking target right??

myself and Brokenarrow are shooting Copper Johns Scardey Cat Pro's......

to me its the simplest, best made rest ever.....

  10. Bar none - the Trophy Ridge Drop Zone is the sturdiest, smoothest, BEST drop away on the market todat - target or hunting. :amen:

I just put a limb driver on my target bow about 6 weeks ago and I really like it.

Just voted for the trophy taker. I have had mine for a few years new and have never had a problem with it. Sturdy, durable and reliable. I have had no reason to even think about changing.

What about the fact that the Whammy and the Trophy Taker attach to the string, rather than the limb. IN the video, the Limb Driver dudes said that by attaching it to your string, it can throw off your cam timing...is this an issue?

So is the Trophy Taker Shakey Hunter a GREAT fall away rest for target shooting? Or is mainly for hunting? I wanted to get the Whammy but I just saw it doesnt fit the Vectrix! Only bow it doesn't fit! That is garbage! So, Trophy Taker it will have to be. Which model is best for both hunting and target shooting?

For both I would go with the Shakey Hunter. I use a Trophy Taker spring steel, but I wouldn't use it for hunting. I hunt with a Ripcord.:peace:

Is there any way for a Whammy to fit a Vectrix? I think I'd like the whammy, but it doesn't look like it fits...
