Well, I went to an indoor 3D this weekend. I thought I shot pretty well considering I shot with a new bow and a new release. 30 targets counting 12s, I shot 330. One of my staff guys, lit up the course with a 352:yield:

The Carter Revolution release is really a great device. I think I need to tweak it so it goes off a bit sooner but it's amazing. I find that all anxiety is gone when shooting this release. You totally concentrate on your spot and pull.

I think some more practice shooting this release and this bow will provide some really good scores. Carter again produces an excellent product.

Oh, I left the Apex7 home and was shooting a Bowtech Commander at 62#, 29" draw, 333gr arrow at 287fps. Pretty impressive for a bow with 8.25" brace height. I'm really liking this bow. Oh, I can forsee the Blowie comments.

so the pinky safety makes the difference???:noidea:

I hear people say its better, if they areboth fired the same way.....andthe only defference is the saftey, why do people like it better???

I like both versions but the REVOlution with the pinky safety allows me to keep my thumb on the post and pull once I raise my pinky up.

Hey Wheely, I just started using the Carter Just B-Cuz release and you can use it as a thumb or as back tension. Awesome release.
