Dave Cousins wins Vegas

    Well, I just saw that Dave won Vegas again. He was due, he's always right there in he running. Mr. Consistancy.

    I was there watchin....you want to talk about some cool nerves.

    The last two guys standing on the line with what seemed like a thousand people standing all around them and hammering out "X" after "X".

    It's something to see.

    Michael Braden is a really good guy and I have shot several local 5-spot shoots on the same line with he and his wife Georgianna...good people and awesome shooters. Watching them is a treat! At last year's shoot at my local shop Mrs. Braden shot a smooth little 300 59x round....I think I shot a nice 284 22x round :doh:

    People like him are in a league all there own. They hold rock steady, they come into there form and don't move. I was watching the end of the stabilizers during the shoot off and not a wiggle in the bunch. Ice running through there veins.

    That is what is so fun to watch...you can get sea-sick watching the end of my stablizer and their stabs just don't move! I don't get it...hopefully I will some day though!
