Chris I heard you recently have received one of the new bowtech's. Let us know, is it a shooter?
OK Chris! Let us know:biggrin1: Mine will be arriving soon, but everyone I have talked to that has shot the new Bowtechs have been very impressed
Of course they have.
Your right!! Most always are:biggrin1: Last year after shooting my Guardian I heard a lot of "Darn I just bought a D*******
I doubt that.eace:
.....now there is no need to shoot those piece of crap bowtechs"......
there I fiished the statement.........
Figures but it doesn't matter what you doubt:biggrin1: It doesn't change the Truth
your right....your conversation here will most not likely affect Fred bear in the least.....
You are right!! You better not shoot them or you'll end up a FanBoy:laugh:
Yeah that Bear is a great bow too.
Only got the General and Diamond Marquis so far....
The Bowtech General...
Pulls a bit smoother than the guardian, 8.25" brace height, 31.25" axle. Not a flame thrower but still good with that much brace. Smooth shooter. I like the adjustable draw stop and smooth or fast mods available.
This bow is fast for a single cam. Shot 71#, 29" draw with a 400gr arrow at 292fps. That was impressive to me. Just a touch of vibration on the bare bow. Nothing a good stabilizer won't cure. I don't thing the string stop was in the optimal position. I'll be testing some more.
The Bowtech Airbornes (ie Flamethrowers)
These haven't come in yet. I want to shoot the 101st airborne at 7.25" brace and 340 fps. If you want faster, get the 82nd airborne at 6-1/8" brace and 352 fps.
