Just bought a ripcord rest for my x-6 and struggling to set up the rest so it doesn't slap my riser. If I move the rest high enough to clear the riser of slapping then the arrow is pointed uphill. Anyone have this problem or use another drow away on this bow?

You could try the Trophy Ridge drop zone, or something like it if you do not want any rest/riser impact. But, I have to agree with Bman and say that felt or moleskin is the easiest and cheapest route. I have moleskin on my riser and it is quiet even with the impact.
