with my two prong rest when i shoot there is always a white smudge on the rest between the prongs and im not getting the accuracy im used to, i have to assume the fletching is hitting it on the shot, ive tryed every thing but i cant stop it from hitting..................any ideas
are your arrows spinned correctly for your setup?? have you tried other rests?? are you using a helical fletch??
Where is the smudge??? on the bar that holds the prongs??? You need to turn the prongs up so the fletching clears that bar...or use a lower profile vane...
you can and i kept tightning the spring tension but it still hit so i made it completely stationary and it still hits!

well if it is contacting the rest like that I would think that it is way high and as the string comes foward it is throwing it down into the rest......:noidea:
I had one of those on my first compound, a Bear Whitetail Hunter, years ago. You still hunt with that thing?
