I had a revelation yesterday. I had to take my sts off of my bow and I noticed because the bow was slightly lighter my accuracy improved and the holding steady was less stressfull. Could a forearm wrist weight aid in strengthening my bow holding arm?

Doing some light weight lifting for your shoulders will help you hold steadier and longer. How much do those STS weigh , I thought they were pretty light already?:noidea:

they are light but im not that strong to begin with so I did notice a difference unless it was the power of suggestion in my head.

The old exercise is to use a milk jug and hold it up like your bow. While holding it up sight across the tops. Hold it up as long as possible.

Begin with little weight and gradually increase the weight.

I'm betting its power of suggestion. The STS is very light. My 2219 hunting arrows are heavier. :peace:
