Garlic Venison Over Rice

    Here is a real simple and very delicious recipe.

    Ingredients:

    1-2 lbs Venison, cut into bite size cubes
    Garlic Powder
    Garlic Salt
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    Rice (2-4 servings depending on preference and needs)

    Cooking:

    In a skillet, place vension cubes. Cover to taste with garlic powder and/or garlic salt. Over medium high heat, brown the venison. Ensure all sides of the meat are browned. Reduce heat to medium, add cream of mushroom soup. Do not add milk or water. Cover and cook until soup is hot.

    In a seperate dish, prepare rice.

    Serving:

    Place rice on plate and spoon venison and gravy over it. Serve as is or with other side dishes as you deem appropriate.
