O am i late?
Trick or treat!
Alright man let's here the story.......eace:
did you get a deer??
dude you gotta warn us......
did you get anything????
Its too long of one after an 8 hour drive.
But it was worth it.
Lets just say.............. I missed the biggest buck of my life & bigger than the state record in my state of VA with a bow.
Ohio,in Adams and Pike countys has the biggest bucks in the WORLD,BAR None.
Well at least ya got a shot at one. Now your gonna be thinkin about goin back all next year........
WAY TO GO DREW :frusty: :frusty: :frusty:
The funny thing is, normaly im mad at myself, but the last hour of the last day
I took what i thought was a 35yd shot at a 250-300lb Monster.
Im not use to deer this size so he looked closer than he was.
He was 41yds in wide open pines standing broadside, i thought he would jump the string,(its a long story about this buck) the Extreme Team Video productions had just left and had taken a shot at this buck and missed
They left after 7 days tryin ta get this buck (in comes KBO)
They gave the area 3 days ta cool down and they let me in on my last day.
This buck was in the 190class easy he walked all the way around me tryin to wind me (no chance) but he wouldnt get any closer, I took the shot.
The last thing i say was my white wrap flyin stright at his heart,He didnt try to duck the string (which i thought was gonna happen)Id a nailed him,And it looked like my arrow went under him about an inch or 2.
Ace the owner is going over there sat to check the area over for me.
I might have hit him, couldnt find my arrow or blood too dark and a mile back in the woods.
I hope i missedl
You may can hit a target!
But a buck that size, you would :censored: yourself!
just admit it you DREWED the shot....it happens.....listen your not the worst hunter ever.......close second but not the worst......:noidea:
We got deer that big around here too but ya don't see em to often. I finally caught the guy who farms around our house last week. He was pickin all the corn around us. Anyway I asked him about huntin and he told me to go right ahead. the only problem with where I live is there isn't much woods right here around the house but there are grown up fence rows. I walked the fence tonight after work. I probably seen a dozen scrapes and about the same amount of rubs. I got the entire first week of gun season off so I am hopin the gunners are gonna be runnin deer all over the place and there gonna be usin these fence rows to travel from wood lot to wood lot. Hopefully I will get a nice pic to post.
awsome deal, can i come???:noidea:
sure I got several 1000 acres of public ground to the east and to the west.
NO NO I want to hunt these farm fields you were just talking about?????
:lalala: ound: ound: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono: :nono:

I found out hunting in the mountains is rough!
I hunt flat land, swamps and cornfields.
These big bucks stay up high and like Ace told me they only come down to feed and to breed and that was mostly at night!:frusty:
I seen ao many wallhangers just going back to camp!
Heres a few more pic's.
the last pic is a double treestand that the Extream Team productions left in the woods that i shot at buck from.
It wasnt settin close enough to the deer!:frusty:
