So for you traditional guys, like the title said, is it going to hurt the bow and the arrows if you constantly hunt in rain? What do you do to prevent damage?

    Rain

I just wipe my bow down, and try to protect my fletching from the rain, either with a plastic baggie, or a quiver coat, which covers all the fletchings on my arrows.
Keep you string waxed, and you shouldn't have any problems.

Most of the finishes on traditonal equipment is water proof now, not very many if any bowyers leave their products unprotected.

    Hunting in the rain

I use dry fly floatant on my feathers .Spray them down let dry .A wet feather doesnt fly the same.Keep your string waxed so it doesnt absorb water ,this can also throw your arrow off.Wolf942
