A friend of mine asked my if I was looking for a left handed Recurve Bow. YES yes and yes I told him. A guy he knew had it and want to give it away. I'll take it. About a month goes by and he knocks on the door and hands me this nice Browning Explorer 1 with a new string. I but a nock point on it today and shot it in the back yard for the first time. It shoots well I just have have to shoot well. nice little bow set at 43 pounds. just the right wieght.
I think he means 43# @ 28"... most recurves are built w/ 28" DL so they're poundage is based on that DL.... then you just +/- about 3#/in. above or below 28.... 46# @ 29" ... 40# @ 27" .... yada yada...
I don't know..Maybe there is an awareness ribbon out there for them? When you buy the ribbon a % goes to buy wheels.
kinda like a Adam and brokenarrow have to walk to the 3dshoots....shoot awareness ribbons......do you think we can get them to throw in snapplline....kinda like gasoline for your body........
