    Are bow cases required for transportation of archery equipment?? does it have to hard cases??

    or is that only when hunting that some states require a case??

    I don't own a Hard Case. I transport mine in a soft case. Can't see why that would be a problem.

    Well maybe if you were Van surfing with your bow in hand without a shirt on there may be a small problem then.

    I've never heard of that in Indiana.

    Just make sure your ammo is in the glove box. :peace:

    cool cool, just would hate to see anyone get "troubled" with dealing with law enforcement......

    hey wait, what?? in the glovebox?? your trying to sell arrows aint you.....

    the only way I could fit them in the glove box is to break them in half.....:mad:

    :biggrin1: I'll bring my stock of arrows and my receipt book just in case... :rockon:

    I'm pretty sure it would be perfectly legal to hang a bow on a gun rack in your back window with an arrow nocked if you really wanted to. Indiana's hunting laws haven't been liberalized yet....:cool:

    There is no case requirement in IN. It's the state to our west. :rolleyes:

    Don't know about Indiana but in Illinois you CANNOT transport a bow and arrows without them being cased. However if you have just a bow, with no arrows, you do not need to have it cased. It also don;t matter if it's hard or soft. The bow and arrows cannot be within open view.

    Other than that..... Who knows.

    Why ? I always carry my bows in cases. Too big of an inventment to not case them. It's just like my rods and reels... They are all in cases.

    And why has Chicago destroyed the state ? You really have no clue about much of anything about Chicago or the sate of Illinois...

    I cannot stand people who **** on cities and states without a real statement that actually means something that is based in facts. If they cannot do that they have no point and are pissing into the wind.
