Its either quality deer meat or quantities of deer meat I am not sure. Can someone help me decide?

I did a deer roast last night cubed up in a wok stir fry... I'll need to think and post the recipe I used. I wing a lot of that kind of cooking.

We have eaten deer meat every night this last week except for one. Its good to have the freezer full.
